There are no samples at the website, so we didn’t know what to expect. The company promises to assign an expert writer that the customer can contact. That didn’t happen. Yes, Triumph Essays assigned our project to a writer, but we didn’t have the luck to get a response to our messages.
The paper was too plain, although we ordered the Premium quality. It passed the plagiarism search engine, so we couldn’t complain about it not being unique enough. We complained about the lack of depth and references, but the team refused to give us revisions.
Customer Support
You’ll see this message on the live chat: “Got any questions? I’m here to help! P.S. I’m not a bot :)” Not a bot? Good to know. Then why do these real persons fail to respond to provide the service a customer deserves? Our requirements for revisions were absolutely justified, but we were simply ignored.
